This sculpture on New York Avenue NW was created for the Year of the Sheep in 2013 representing great luck and prosperity by Taiwanese artist Hung Yi. I’ve since learned that it is (or was) part of an installation of several of his fanciful creations titled “Fancy Animal Carnival,” so am going to search for the rest of them.
