I have to admit I’ve become addicted to http://www.eaglecam.org watching a mother bald eagle and her baby high above Southeast Washington, D.C. Liberty, the female, is almost always there (see amazing video clip at http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/capital-weather-gang/wp/2017/04/12/watch-bald-eagle-mom-protects-baby-in-storm-that-spawned-tornado-in-washington/?utm_term=.2e83f8f75739 when she swooped into the nest during a storm to cover the eaglet) protecting and feeding the youngster, while Justice, the male, is supposed to be out catching food, but I haven’t seen him in several days of watching. There is a contest to name the eaglet in which the public can vote; I chose “Resist” from among the finalists.
