'Crown of thorns'

We went back to the US Botanic Garden, situated on the National Mall, for a quick look around now that the Christmas exhibit is over.

I was disappointed by a lack of flowers since I wanted to reacquaint myself with my Nikon 105mm micro lens, although there were a lot of cacti on display. I haven’t used it in probably seven years, since we left Washington for Budapest.
