During our trip up the Oregon coast, we stopped in Tillamook, home of the famous Tillamook cheese. It has a special meaning for us since it was the only American cheese we could always buy in Saudi Arabia, certainly not in the variety they actually make, but at least your basic cheddar and Monterey Jack.

I’m just posting a series of pictures from there all at once; here we were enjoying our grilled cheese sandwiches (what else at Tillamook!). Sahraa didn’t get one but was kept busy by people wanting to pet her and dogs who didn’t want to visit with her. She wasn’t able to win this one (barely visible) over.
