How my life will change!

How strange it is to think that soon we will have left Saudi Arabia, and that I’ll no longer have to wear a black abaya and veil in public. Strangely enough, though, I’ve gotten pretty used to it. And what ever will I do with this large collection of abayas that I have? ;-)

some abayas might serve well at parties, some lighter ones as summer clothes, and any that are simply cotton might work as nightdresses...these fashions are now part of your personal history after all...
