While I liked the headmaster and students skit pictured below, I would have to say I enjoyed watching the crowd more, especially since there isn’t such a restriction on photography at this festival. Actually, it seems like there were less restrictions for everything, with women in hijab wearing gold ornaments or flowers on their veils and foreign women not getting hassled for failing to wear a headscarf, and everybody seeming to be having a good time. It really is the biggest single event of the year here and is meant to be enjoyed.
