This was the “famous” clock tower of Salalah. It was the first thing I saw of the city on our way in from the airport, and I made a mental note that we had to find it again at night. It’s situated on a traffic circle in the middle of the city. I don’t know why it’s famous or a tourist destination, but given that that there isn’t a whole lot to see or do in Salalah itself, other than the beaches and resorts, I guess it’s something!
