This is the last – for now -- of the special attractions at The Dubai Mall: a four-story waterfall that in three large sections took up three sides of a huge atrium. I have a closer shot that I’ll post later, but it really doesn’t give a sense of the scale.

This afternoon we drove from Dubai back to Abu Dhabi, where we got a flight to Bahrain, our last stop on this trip around the Gulf. I’ll be sad to see it end, but after two weeks on the road and living in hotels, it will be nice to get back home to Riyadh.
