Interesting. This one baffles me. Guessing the window dresser probably was going for 'angelic' but could only find "fairy" wings there. The red things are kind of like the balls on a Christmas tree? :) V

Winter clothes with wings to go skiing in the Alps, perhaps, or shopping in Paris. I understand that many Arab families are quite wealthy and do travel abroad. The window decorations you have shown us are also very imaginative and I am sure have been influenced by western examples.
