Deceiving appearances

This was taken in a cheese display cabinet at a large mall supermarket. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited here, so this bottle is not what it appears to be, but I thought the ribbon (which has hearts and flowers on it) was a nice touch. I’m not sure what's in the glass in front.
