This outfit was so over the top, I just loved it. I didn’t buy it, though, because it wasn’t cheap and I couldn’t figure out where in the world I would ever wear it. I even asked a Saudi friend where such clothing would be worn; she said women wear these kinds of extravagant dresses at Ramadan, but honestly, the stores were so full of this kind of clothing, I find it hard to believe that it’s a once-a-year kind of thing for a celebration that is three months away.
