This is the gate to the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, which is immediately adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and is seen in the image below. I tried to get a shot from the front when we drove by much later, but it just wasn't possible with all the road barriers and the fact that we couldn't stop. Guess I need to try again!
