University and Spadina are two of the widest streets in Toronto. Just a few blocks north of Queen street on University Avenue, is the world famous Hospital for Sick Children, and the Princess margaret Hospital, which is famous for Cancer research and treatment. Just slightly north of Queen is the United States Embassy. There are also many large corporations headquarters on University Avenue.
