[Sandpiper] Greater Yellow Leg

Eastern Ontario, Canada

This is a migratory bird and can be found as far north as Alaska. It is passing through the Ottawa area right now on its way south.

Taken with Canon 70-200L F4 + Tamron TC 1.4x.

Aperture-Priority, f/5.6, 1/1250, ISO 200, EC -1/3 at 200mm.

Thanks Isabel. Yes, this picture was shot handheld as are all the 70-200L F4 images taken thus far.
