Probably mostly appealing to the locals, but maybe precisely that's why I liked to stop here for years,
for their great shrimp with Hinano. Now 2006 there is no Hinano, and the shrimp portion "shrunk in size."
Food got very expensive, despite its plain ambience with a concrete floor covered by a peeling off paint.

Today (2023) as we see, the premises are nicely renovated. Railing is red painted on the outside, so look for Red, not Green.
