Who said the owners have money problems? Without any real proof, any comment here has to be taken with a grain of salt. The owner was a former politician and is fairly well known to the locals in that area.

I agree with the last comment and I bet it will happen someday. She can't take it with her or afford to keep the place forever, so who knows? The estate definitely has the potential to be a cash cow, so I think more than likely it will be some day...

I wish the owner of Robins Nest (Mrs. Anderson) would open up the grounds for Fan tours. I understand she is having money troubles and this would help her out. How many Magnum Fans here would race back to Hawaii if they heard the grounds were open. For a price you could walk around were your fav show was shot and take hundreds of photos. Once word got out I am sure many Magnum Fans from around the world would flock to Hawaii. So if the Hawaiian tourist agency is reading this get intouch with Mrs. Anderson.
