Lavender

Yesterday I bought a pot of lavender and little olive tree. I have no idea what the olive tree will make of a london garden but we'll see.

No garden should be without lavender & olive trees are beautiful. Good luck with both. Lovely photo too, such intensity.

so that's what they're called huh? i have a ton of these in my front yard. they look great when in bloom, but tend to look a bit drab the rest of the year.

I planted two very small lavender plants when I moved into this house 5 years ago, now I have two very bushy hedges!

Apparently if you scratch your monitor then you can smell the Lavender . . . .

Love the greens and purples

If I could smell anything, then it would be Lavender :)

You know, I've never seen pots of lavender being sold. I remember making lavender bags from dried lavender when I was a child though - now that probably dates me! Nice shot.
