Umbrellas

Surprise.... it was raining again in London today. I liked these colourful umbrellas - someone at work commented to me how everyone wears black in winter and as I looked down the street it really was a sea of black with this island of colour. It's been a long day today - a struggle to work on the knackered London transport system; a full day in the office; and a Governors meeting at school to meet the new headteacher. In case I can't upload while PBase is being upgraded, have a good weekend everyone.

NB: I haven't tried the builder's breakfast advertised on the board, bottom left!!

hahah, when does it never ran there? I remember one year when I went to visit my grandmother, it rained 8 of the 10 days I was there or something crazy like that, but you know, I'd still love to be there! If I had a choice, I'd live there.

Like the colour, but it does redmind me why I don't want to work in London (We did live in Paddington at one time.... best wishes if we never meet again (upgrades and all that!)

Great minds think alike ... I was going to do an umbrella shot today, too (after getting drenched mid-afternoon), but it did not work out nearly as well as yours. I love the shocking pink!
