No, not the coffee machine...

Today we took the Pavoni in for a service and to have the seals changed. We have this done every two or three years I guess and it usually takes a week or two. But today they told us they have a christmas backlog and it will take at least FOUR WEEKS. I have withdrawl symptoms already....
