Photographers beware when traveling to this site. It is now controlled
by a private company that has a contract with the state. Now $9.00
a visit, $40.00 for a year long pass issued only by them. They close
at dusk and lock the gates. I almost had to spend the night there ! As
I took more shots after this one a light appeared in the spires and moved
all around. It was either a hiker/climber/idot or the Sedona rescue squad
looking for a stranded climber.
