A deer tick embedded on a 7 year old girl & below the naval. The girl had not even been on grass, rather on man-made surfaces. She had not discovered the tick until some 3 hours later while taking a bath.

If she had not discovered the tick, it may have transmitted additional bacteria and illnesses without anyone knowing. Some of these are so small, that it is almost impossible to tell. I had to strain my eyes to determine it was a tick & so then I just brought out my 100mm macro lens to confirm.
