Notner Cloud Generation

As a break from continual sunshine, the city owns several moving cloud generating vehicles

If there's a laptop in the vehicle, does that equal "computing in the cloud"?

Is that a Chrysler Cirrus?

Gee, silly me and I thought it was a dry ice manufacturing plant.
Well shot. The smoke goes with the vehicle.

If Notner does not exist it only logically follows there cannot be Notnerite storm drains. Notner could indeed have storm drains, but since it does not exist that's wildly irrelevant. Logic is bunk; it's questions like these that keep me awake at night, walking in a tight circle in the middle of my living room.

Thanks for the comments Steve. Glad to see you've joined SNORE, See if NOtner Really Exists.

Jason, Dave has given his word that Renton does not have storm drains (I'm still trying to figure out why he would say this when he claimed earlier that Renton does not exist). Therefore, it follows that mobile cloud generating machines are banned from the city, since it cannot risk the flooding that would occur from the inevitable rains.

Jason is correct about one thing---we don't need such machines out here! As to the location of Notner, I withhold my opinion in the interest of saving humanity from an unimaginable horror.

This image proves that, if indeed Notner exists, it is certainly not located in western Washington. There would be no need for such machines.
