Earlier this summer we got a shot of this fawn and its' twin laying in a nearby hayfield. They've stayed in the area and were moving through one of the local properties when we spotted them today. They've grown some, we still haven't seen the doe with them, but we're watching.... Deer facts: Deer have a great sense of hearing. They have a lot of muscles attached to their ears which allow them to turn their ears in any direction, without moving their heads. They can hear higher frequencies of sound than humans.
