I've been in Upper Austria for a week, with hardly any access to the net, therefore no new uploads and comments recently.
Although the calendar says its only the first week of February, the weather was more like spring -in other years, even the Easter holidays are colder. All the ice on lake Almsee had already melted (for comparison see my Winter gallery). Also on the mountains there was hardly any snow, a few cold days enabled the lift operating company to produce just enough artificial snow to make some skiing possible. During the week, some "natural snowfall" created relatively good conditions, and the boys enjoyed skiing a lot.
