Month #33 - Retrospective of Daily Photos posted from 5/04 to 12/09 (most viewers for the month)

When winter sets in many of us move our photography indoors. I've spent lots on flowers, that's for sure. Here's a Calla Lily I was working with in January 2007 & here's what I wrote back then -

1/12/07 - White Beauty
My Costco calla lily is hanging in there.
Decided to give my Nikkor 75-300 plus the Canon 300D close up lens some work. Someone on a forum asked about telephoto zooms and macro lenses. This combination is a nice way to get both in a single lens (although I'd never give up my Nikkor 105 micro).
Natural light, late rainy afternoon, black paper backdrop, measured WB using a coffee filter, tripod (2 sec exposure) as usual.
