Big challenge getting sufficient DOF with a 1:1 lifesize macro lens to shoot down the throat of a deep flower like a tulip. The EXIF data's not here (an "upgrade" to my main processing software decided to trash the EXIF) but this is shot at f/32 with a 4 second exposure time (indoors, tripod, remote release).
This is 40% larger than lifesize (used a 1.4x teleconverter) with a Micro-Nikkor 105mm 1:1 lens.
