Rose River Falls, Shenandoah National Park. Shot with midday sun - not the best time for almost any shot much less one where you're looking for a slow shutter speed in order to give the water a gauze like appearance. But, hey! It was a 45 minute hike with 1000' elevation change and I wasn't there early enough to get better light (much less kill myself hiking in the dark to get there). Compensated by stopping down to f/22, adding a circular polariser (which I'd have done anyway to handle the reflections) and putting a NDX4 neutral density filter on top of the CP. I could have stopped down further but the 1/6 sec shutter speed that resulted was fine for the effect that I wanted.
