I received an e-mail last week:
Dear Mr. Kessler-
My daughter is working on a project involving T'shirts from local
Bakersfield locations. She has had difficulty in locating a shirt from
Amestoy's on River boulevard. Because she has had this difficulty, we
did a web search and came across a beautiful photograph that you took of
Amestoys. I have attached a copy of the photograph.

Because the photos on the pb website are copywrited, I am writing to you
to request your permission to screen print this image on a T-Shirt for
her project. This is for a one time use, not to be sold nor to generate
any revenue. Only one shirt will be made unless you otherwise allow.

Could you please let me know your decision at your convenience? My
daughter is will be leaving for college soon and is most anxious to
complete this final piece of the project puzzle.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

So, what I told them was that they could use the photo
for their t-shirt if they just made me a shirt also (XXL please).
That agreed upon, my shirt was delivered yesterday.
