The Montane White-eye is found in Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, and Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, plantations, and rural gardens.

That's great, the Japanese White-eye seems to have a white/yellow belly. You sure helped a lot with the ID as a White-eye, this little guy might be a Javan White-eye. Thanks for the ID!
