The Salmon-crested Cockatoo is a cockatoo endemic to south Moluccas in eastern Indonesia. In the wild the Moluccan Cockatoo inhabits lowland forests below 1000m. The diet consists mainly of seeds, nuts and fruit, as well as coconuts.
