Walking past the monument and slightly to the right I entered a street with mainly governmental buildings. After a short while I was forbidden to take pictures, and maybe this picture is illegal already, but what is the use of designing a fine facade if you may not show it (the gardens and some monuments at the larger ministries were rather ordinary, though spacious and large).
