The Ulu Camii or Great Mosque is from 1129, from the Selcuk age. Nice tilework on the minaret, the interior is plain, and does not show its beauty, which it has, well on pictures. That is because it consists of a series of long galleries in sequence, with short pillars between: the pillars are always in the line of view to another gallery.
