The fortress consists of two interlocking towers and lots of walls surrounding them. They look a treat for anybody interested in military architecture. Some repair has been executed, some more is necessary.

Klit Bahir (Lock on the Sea) was built in 1452 under Mehmet the Conqueror (as was the fortress on the other side). I use the name indiscriminately for the fortress and the village, maybe mistakenly.
