Having just been in the North East and seen many different types that were rather new to me I agree. Most of them are very appetizing.

Cheese are not typical for Antakya. They are first produced by Nomadic Turks (Yörük) who has sheeps, goats, camels etc. . These are common in all Mediterrean Region of Turkey.
