I wanted to change some money but quickly decided against doing that when I saw this crowd in the central post office. This is a regular sight in Turkey on a monday morning, or the first day of a month: rows of people who gathered to collect money, or rather pay it. It's a far cry from modern electronic banking as we know it, although things are improving. Hours later the crowd - hopefully with some new people - was still there.
