This is one of a series of pictures near or in the bazaar part, that stretches for miles, is very colourful and "a must". In a warren of streets, on a riased platform, is this mosque. Kestanepazarı Camii is it's name.

this mosque's name is "Kestanepazari Camii"

I liked the way the mosque was situated on top of a number of shops as if on an artificial hill, like the Lale or the Rüstem Pasha in Istanbul (and several others that I know). And then the light of the falling sun was flooding in, very good spot.
