The former Belediye (City Hall). Built at the end of the 19th century, in late-Ottoman style.
In 1998/99 restored and turned in a hotel-restaurant, bearing the name of ‘Osmanlı Sarayı’ (Palace of the Ottoman).

Mr Osseman, Thank you for your nice photos from Kastamonu. But this building is not goverment building. It was old Municipality building. Now it has been using as a hotel.
