I have the feeling the "psychiatric patients" have largely been removed because professionals complained they were too simple. Being a psychologist myself I know it is impossible to diagnose a psychiatric disease "from the outside".

To me these looked just plain bored. Unlike formerly they were not diagnosed (or I overlooked that).
