This is baroque building founded in 1745 by the Grand Vezir Seyyit Hasan Pasha. It has a fine sebil at a corner in rococo style, with a drinking fountain attached. The building is one of the buildings of the Istanbul University.

On one side there is a birds house that keeps attracting my view. One can see them often on mosques.
