This is a type of rowing boat that was used to bring ordnance during the national struggle, to be transported through what is called the “route of independence”. This boat with three pairs of oars was found in 1992 carrying the phrase, in Turkish, “Ghazi Inebolu, symbol of victory of the war of independence” on the starboard. Some claim this type was mainly built by Greek shipbuilders until the 1924 population exchange between Turkey and Greece. Lentght: 8,80 m., width 1,92 m. height 0,90 m.
