1) use PTGui to splice the images - a great pano software. 2) use "warp" in photoshop to correct. 3) use a tripod with a level next time ;-) Good shot worth redoing with the same images as taken

Nicely exposed nevertheless.
Try the Filter > distort > lens correction feature in PS CS2 or 3. Might help the horizon.
