Ridgebacks play hard, their play often mimicking what they were bred to do - flush lions and chase them to exhaustion, leaping toward the lion's flanks and legs, biting and then darting away.

No .. that's just how they play with each other. They're well socialized - have never even growled at anyone, let alone bit someone. If anything, people complain that my guys are too friendly.
