An Australian native and a weed in Australia!
Mt Morgan Wattle is native to areas 1,000 km and more away from where I took this photo in my home town.
Around my home town it is a common self-sown plant of disturbed areas including forest fringes.
The species is also reported as an environmental weed in some other parts of Australia, and in Africa, Asia, New Zealand and South America.
