Does anyone know of a library or collection that has copies of the Hialeah-Miami Springs Home News from June 1955?

Hi Jimmy, thank you for advising me of your mom's death. I'm sorry and saddened by the news but I'm happy that she enjoyed the site numerous times while she was still with us.

My condolences to you and the rest of her family. May the memories of her go on for a long time.

I regret to inform you that my mom, Patsy Wheeler Sledge, passed away in October from
cancer. She suffered for several months before passing, but she is at peace now. Mom was
82 years when she passed. She dearly loved this website and all the great memories that
it brought her. She and I often visited the site when I came by on the weekends, and she
was quite accomplished in her computer abilities and she loved surfing this site for new
photos and updates.
Just thought I would pass that information and say, on behalf of my mom and myself,
"Thanks for the Memories"

Zack is now Jack - thanks for the correction and thanks again to your mom and you for submitting the great photo. Let's hope some surviving members of the class see this and establish contact with your mom. Don

Mom, has since informed me that the boy on the back row, seventh from the left, is actually
"Jack" Mackey and not "Zack" Mackey. I took the information over the phone so I missed
that one, ha.
