Artie went to Palm Springs Junior and Hialeah High with me. I had stopped to try and extinguish a car on fire on the Palmetto Expressway with a small extinguisher but ran out of foam. Artie drove up with the fire engine a minute or so later, dispatched out of the Palm Springs Mile station on W. 49th Street. Of course the photo was taken after the fire was extinguished.
