Obituary

TUCKER, Donald D. Sr., 77, of Tampa, died December 25, 2004, in Tampa. Born in Detroit, Mich., he moved to Tampa from Jacksonville, Fla., in 1967. He was retired from the Coast Guard as a mechanical engineer. He was a Protestant and a member of American Legion Post 18, Wildwood, Fla., and DAV of Tampa.

He is survived by his wife, Mary of Tampa; son, Donald Tucker Jr. of Tampa; daughters, Donna M. Brown of Charlotte, N.C., and Karen (James) Vanhorn of Tampa; brother, Horace Clinton Tucker Jr. of Maryland; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2004, at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home. Family and friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2004, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Wildwood. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Legion Post 18, Wildwood. Arrangements by Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home, 410 N.
