It appears that Publix expanded/rebuilt in 2017, and leveled whatever remained.

This is approximately 127th Street and Biscayne Blvd. - at the South end of the 127th Street Shopping Center...

After St. Clair's it became Polly Davis - then David's Cafeteria. After David's closed, it was slated to become "The Spaghetti Bowl", but that never opened.

A "dollar movie" opened for a year or two, then it became Kaufman and Roberts (similar in appliance sales to Kennedy and Cohen). That company went bankrupt and one more try at an appliance outlet was tried to no avail.

It's currently a fitness gym.
