This is as perfect as a black and white can be!
You have really immortalized this place!

First time I pulled into Flagler was on a Greyhound bus. I was 17 and was going to a summer job on a wheat ranch. I couldn't get a hardhat job because of my age so I went here. I learned so much that summer. In the long run it worked out better. I didn't think so at the time but the rancher I worked for was right about so much. Flagler was a some what alive farm/ranch town then. I only went into town once all summer and that was on the 4th of July. We watched from a hill on the south side of I-70. The fireworks were shot off from the north side from a lot in town practically over I-70. We went out there in the early 80's and it looked like it died and they just forgot to burn it down and push it in a hole. Good to see it has some life coming back.
Wish I could go out to some of the places on the ranches with a camera. Did/saw some cool things out there. Cool shot!

Spectacular with the IR look, dramatic sky and exceptional clarity. Nicely composed with the perspective and enhanced by the dynamic contrasts. VVV

The IR really adds drama, a fine shot!

The processing and B&W presentation really made this relatively modern food joint of shiny chrome construction look like an early 1900s structure, save for the oversized circular sign and outdoor patio seatings. Excellent work. V
