Catching the bouquet!

This Thanksgiving, I attended a family wedding in Melbourne, Florida. My niece Kari is seen tossing her bouquet to all the eligible (and willing to participate!) single ladies at the reception. I have nearly 600 photographs to process -- and welcome ideas on how to turn some of these photos into a unique wedding present for the bride and groom.

You caught this moment perfectly...excellent framing! Agree with Liza, ProShow Gold is the best..

What a great capture. Is that your little girl in the back, or a look-alike :>)

600 photos of a single event---this is the bane of digital photography. I am drowning under the volume.

What a great scene! Perfect timing.

I love all of the expressions! Well done.

Try putting some of your favorites in Microsoft Photostory. Free download from Microsoft, you can narrate and/or add background music. It's fast and easy.

how absolutely cool that you caught two of them airborn! How amazing that the bouquet actually sparked two of them getting airborn!

I think you should either do a slideshow (prepare to spend a gazillion hours working on it) using proshow gold http://www.photodex.com/), or make a nice hardbound book using my publisher (www.mypublisher.com)

Or, you could ignore me altogether and come up with a plan on your own!

Very nicely done. (must have been that great flash). Consider trying this one tightly cropped just on the trio. I'll play with it... I have an idea.

This is a fantastic capture! The girl in the black dress has both feet in the air! :-)

OMG! I don't understand why everyone wants to catch the bouquet....been there done that! But, you never know, my Prince Charming may just be a photograph away! Great shot. Love the expressions!!!

Spontaneous shots like these are the kind that a bride and groom cherish--not so much the posed ones.
