I took this at the recent Miniature Horse Show I attended. I decided to try Feivel's Gothic Glow action on it: ( http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm ). Thinking about people who don't have Photoshop, I tried to follow the steps in the action to see if I could duplicate the effect and I failed. I know that gaussian blur and high pass filter (filter/distort...also in Elements)were involved, so start playing Elements users! This is a wonderful action for street scenes.
